Of course. The program you choose as a graduate can be in anything that isnt related to your undergraduate. The one hurdle you might have is are the classes that you took during your undergrad. parallel with a traditional aerospace grad. You dont want to get into a program that you will have to do many additional classes on top of your required classes and research. Check with the institutions of your choice and talk with an advisor. To simplify things look on the course bulliten found on the website and compare undergraduate classes with yoru transcript. That should help narrow down the additional courses if any that might be needed.
